Admissions

Admissions

Thank you for your interest in Hillside School. Our program is designed to meet the needs of students who are academically behind in at least two of the three areas taught (reading, written language, math). Students who attend Hillside have dyslexia and other learning differences and are not making adequate academic progress in their current educational setting.

Once a student is accepted, students will participate in a skills assessment by a Hillside teacher to determine the exact starting points for all skill areas within reading, written language and math.

Fees: Tuition for the 2025-26 school year is $24,850 for the half-day program, with a one-time assessment fee of $250 for new students. For those interested in the full-day add-on program, there is an additional fee of $16,500.

Admissions process:

Hillside School admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship and loan programs, and athletic and other school administered programs.
