We’re excited to share our partnership with BVKID (Boulder Valley Kids Identified with Dyslexia),
a parent-driven organization dedicated to educating and supporting families navigating dyslexia. As part of this partnership,
BVKID hosts their monthly community meetings at Hillside School & Center for Dyslexia in Boulder.
These monthly gatherings are open to all families, not just those within BVSD, who want to learn more about dyslexia,
connect with others, and share trusted resources. Whether you are just beginning to explore what dyslexia means for your child
or have years of experience advocating and learning, every perspective is valued.
Founded in 2017, BVKID grew out of a desire to turn awareness into action. Led by parents, the organization is committed to
supporting evidence-based practices and strengthening the network of support for kids who learn differently.
We’re grateful to welcome BVKID into the Hillside community and to serve as a home for these ongoing gatherings.
We hope you’ll join us and be part of a supportive, informed community centered on understanding dyslexia.
